Lester brings over 12 years of experience in building operations and property management, supported by an education in architectural technology. Sam is a licensed real estate agent, property manager, and seasoned business owner with over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience. Together, they bring practical expertise, steady coordination, and a personal standard of care to every project. Born and raised in Ontario, they share a love of the outdoors, fishing and a hands-on commitment to doing the job right.
